Dollars per Watt-Hour: Seven Power Stations and Three Expansion Packs at Their Listed Prices
Summary
At the prices shown on October 4, 2026, the cheapest energy among stand-alone units was BLUETTI's AC180 at about 39 cents per Wh and the dearest EcoFlow's RIVER 3 Plus at about $1.12. Expansion packs come in under most stand-alone units, 39 to 54 cents, because they carry no inverter, but they only work attached to a base unit. The small units cost the most per Wh for the same reason in reverse: the inverter, ports and case are a fixed cost spread over fewer watt-hours.

The DELTA Pro 3 figure is derived from two bundle prices, not a stand-alone pack price; EcoFlow's page priced the pack only inside the bundle on the day.
What the spread says
- A second battery for a unit you own is the cheapest energy here, provided the base unit's output and inverter are already enough; our expansion guide lists which units take which packs.
- Below 300 Wh the per-Wh price doubles or triples, and you are paying for portability and ports, not storage.
- The DELTA Pro 3 is mid-table per Wh but is the only stand-alone unit in the list with 240 V output; the Jackery's figure reflects an end-of-line listing, as our Elite 200 V2 comparison explains.
Prices change daily; the point of the table is the shape, not the cents.
