Is Every BLUETTI B300K the Same, Whatever Base Unit It's Listed For?

Published · By the SolarPanelX editors · Prices and specs as of that date, from the pages under Sources

Summary

BLUETTI's U.S. store sells the B300K as three separate listings, one each for the Apex 300, the AC200L/AC300, and the AC500, at three different prices. The B300K product page names five compatible power stations: AC200L, AC200MAX, AC300, AC500, and Apex 300. Connecting it to an AC500 takes a P090D to P150D cable sold separately. The portable Elite 200 V2 is not on that list.

Batteries named after their base unit

The store's expansion-battery list splits both the B300K and the larger B500K by base unit.

ListingPrice in the list
B300K for Apex 300$1,200
B300K for AC200L/AC300$1,499
B300K for AC500$1,249 (regularly $1,499)
B500K for Apex 300$2,000
B500K for AC300/AC200L$2,299
B500K for AC500$2,049

The B300K page lists a 2,764.8 Wh (51.2 V, 54 Ah) LiFePO4 pack weighing 29.5 kg (65 lb). The Apex 300 version of the B500K is described as 5,120 Wh. On the same day, the B300K product page also showed a member price of $999 for the Apex 300 version during a sale ending September 23, which does not match the $1,200 in the list.

The B300K product page itself (/products/b300k) opened with the Apex 300 version selected, so an AC300 owner adding it to the cart as shown would be buying the version named for a different unit. SolarPanelX does not rule on which pairings work; the base-unit name in the listing and BLUETTI's compatibility table are what count.

What the Elite 200 V2 page says

The Elite 200 V2 carries a 2,073.6 Wh LiFePO4 battery. AC output is 2,600 W in total, or up to 3,900 W for pure resistive loads in its Power Lifting mode. Solar input is 12 to 60 V, 20 A, and 1,000 W maximum; AC charging is 1,800 W. It weighs 53.4 lb and sold for $849 (regularly $899) on September 23.

Its FAQ asks whether the unit is expandable with the B80, B300, or B230, but the B300K compatibility table does not mention the Elite 200 V2.
