Who Makes the Hyperion Solar Panels Showing Up in Quotes?

Hyperion Solar, also called American Hyperion Solar, is a module brand launched for the U.S. market by the panel maker Runergy. Where the brand comes from
Runergy announced on September 12, 2023 that American Hyperion Solar, "a module brand launched by Runergy Group for the US market," had signed a partnership with Grape Solar, a distributor based in Eugene, Oregon. The announcement described Hyperion as a fast-growing module manufacturer based in Huntsville, Alabama.
Runergy's U.S. site says the company built a solar panel assembly plant in Huntsville and announced its first module shipment on November 25, 2024. In a January 2025 look back, Runergy reported reaching 3,000 modules per day per line, or 1.8 MW of capacity a day.

The warranty covers modules sold and installed in the United States. Among the 108-cell models, the N-type (N8) and P-type (P8) versions differ in first-year loss and output at year 30, and the 144-cell DH144N8 carries a 12-year product warranty.
The datasheet for the HY-DH108N8B, the monofacial dual-glass model with an all-black front aimed at home rooftops, lists 425 to 445 W, a maximum efficiency of 22.8%, 1,722 × 1,134 × 30 mm and 24.2 kg. The datasheet does not carry the Hyperion name, and its contact details are Runergy's.
